Responsibilities:

  • Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives by achieving individual partner sales quotas
  • Build and manage a partner sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation efforts focusing on embedded payment partners
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations focusing on systems to c-level executives
  • Identify specific needs and provide solutions at the system level to partners
  • Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate effectively and engage with various pre/post-sales resources, including Product Management Team
  • Provide regular feedback to the product team based on customer insights to help refine our product offerings
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and partner sales activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving any issues that arise during the sales process
  • Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends in the Fintech space
  • Mentor SDRs and Associate AEs, sharing best practices and strategies for success

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a Partner Solutions or similar partner pre-sales role, particularly in SaaS/Fintech products is highly desirable
  • Experience with partner discussions on a more technical, enterprise solution to c-level executives
  • Ability to discuss tech systems with deep understanding and develop solutions
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, top 10%
  • Previous experience managing enterprise partner sales cycle
  • Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation efforts
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via online platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievements
  • Ability to stay informed about competitor products and industry developments in the Fintech space
  • Eager to learn, quick to adapt, and versatile in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment
