We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will prospect and qualify potential customers for the Truv Sales team. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact between prospective customers and Truv and will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads. This role will be a part of Truv’s revenue organization.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect new business, researching companies and individuals that meet criteria for prospective partnership with Truv
- Understand ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting and qualify prospects while leveraging BANT criteria
- Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
- Schedule high quality meetings with prospective customers for the sales team
- Work to meet and exceed monthly goals with outbound emails, calls, setting up meetings, etc.
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years’ experience in sales development and lead generation ideally within SaaS businesses
- Outstanding phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency
- Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism
