What you’ll do:

  • Act as the owner of a results-driven marketing and sales technology stack
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on maximizing measurable metrics
  • Build strong bonds with peers in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other areas
  • Operationalize and iterate on processes to enable marketing and sales teams
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Gong, and other applications
  • Build & Own dashboards focusing on sales & marketing effectiveness

  • Technical Administration

What would set you up for success:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in our technology stack, focusing on Salesforce, Outreach & Hubspot primarily.
  • Understanding of sales & marketing enablement functions
  • Experience building best-in-market processes to drive results and reduce friction for marketing and sales teams
  • Past success driving continuous improvement initiatives across all owned functions
  • Demonstrated history of performance-orientation and exceeding goals
  • Leadership experience at scale beyond current company needs
  • Alignment to company values
