About the Team and Opportunity
Joining the Customer Success Team as a Licensed Financial Advisor means you'll play a pivotal role in two distinct but related areas. First, you will serve the investment advisory needs of clients in our direct-to-consumer business (SigFig Wealth Management LLC). This D2C model also includes relationships where we serve as an outsourced registered investment advisor to financial institutions. Second, by supporting our DTC business, you will utilize, and provide feedback on, the advisor tools that are deployed to financial institutions through our B2B enterprise business (Tandems). This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to both build relationships with D2C clients directly, and play an important role in providing product feedback that helps to shape our B2B product roadmap. You will serve as a subject matter expert on our software solutions, and will be called upon to train and coach advisors leveraging our platform through the B2B business. Our team thrives on collaboration, emphasizing teamwork, transparent communication, and collective problem-solving.
As a Licensed Financial Advisor, you'll be the frontline licensed support for our clients. You will prioritize delivering high value meetings with clients who are seeking investment advice and guidance - serving in a fiduciary capacity following established compliance standards. You will manage a client book of business and deploy proactive relationship building strategies to our D2C client base. You will also work closely with our Product and Engineering teams by providing ongoing feedback on our enterprise software solutions that you use daily.
