Your day to day will include:

Building up and leading a team of AI experts to deliver cutting-edge AI-enabled digital products
Interpreting complex problems, creating simple solutions and collaborating closely with prospects and our sales team to deliver winning solutions that help customers accelerate critical business outcomes with AI
Providing technical expertise in pre-sales, outlining the value proposition, clarifying technical requirements, and answering product-related questions
Creating concepts, suggesting best practices and approaches, designing high-level solution architecture
Building demos and presentations for customers, facilitating client workshops
Serving as a trusted advisor on AI to help customers with their end-to-end vision, AI strategy
Recommending the best AI tools, data frameworks, and deep learning technologies to fit business growth needs
Developing and delivering AI training sessions and in-house workshops
Staying up-to-date on AI advancements and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations
Contributing to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organisation to enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement

We'd love to meet someone who has:

At least 5 years of experience working as an AI Consultant/Engineer or in a comparable consulting role
Expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and technologies (Python with Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar in the ML space)
Knowledge of industry-standard technologies and tools (Databricks, notebooks) in the Data Science and Machine Learning space
Familiarity with generative AI (LLM) solutions, fluency with scripting in Python, up-to-date with the latest models and techniques (Llama2, GPT4, Gemini, fine-tune, RAG, usage of vector databases, LLM agents)
Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that AI solutions deliver successful business outcomes
Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and business audiences, whether on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
A strong track record of providing strategic AI guidance to diverse clients across industries
Proven experience in assessing client needs, defining AI project scopes, and delivering successful outcomes
Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment with evolving client needs
Capacity for independent work within the context of collaborative consulting projects
University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
