SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful role where you’ll directly shape how we hire, influence key business decisions, and help build teams that drive the company forward.
This is a remote, U.S.-based position.
This is a high-priority role, and we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis with the goal of moving quickly.
Responsibilities:

Build and manage high-quality pipelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks through funnel analysis
Drive interview strategy, candidate evaluation, and decision-making processes to ensure consistency and high standards
Use data and funnel metrics to inform prioritization, improve conversion rates, and optimize hiring outcomes
Lead complex or high-priority searches and drive alignment across stakeholders
Mentor and support more junior recruiters or sourcers as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
Maintain strong operational rigor within the ATS and across recruiting workflows
Requirements:
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
Strong experience hiring for business/GTM roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Business Operations)
Ability and willingness to support technical hiring when needed
Proven track record of influencing hiring decisions and closing high-quality candidates in competitive markets
Strong understanding of talent markets, with the ability to advise on role positioning and candidate calibration
Experience using data and funnel metrics to drive recruiting decisions and improve outcomes
Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes and workflows
Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters is a plus
Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby preferred)
