RQD Clearing
Marketing Lead (Full-Stack Marketing)
Experience: 5–10 years
Location: [New York / Remote]
Reporting To: Business Development
Overview:
RQD* Clearing is redefining clearing and custody for today’s markets—built on cloud-native, real-time technology with the scalability, flexibility, and rigor modern broker-dealers expect. We’re looking for a full-stack marketer who can spot the opportunity, build the plan, and deliver the outcome. This role is for someone who can operate across brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, digital, events, and partnerships-bringing structure, momentum, and measurable impact on the work.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Strategic Industry Brand Awareness Programs
- Translate our platform, points of view, and wins into consistent market visibility across channels.
- Build integrated awareness campaigns (web, email, social, PR support, paid where appropriate) with clear objectives and measurable lift.
- Develop messaging frameworks and narratives that make complex capabilities easy to understand.
- Produce and evolve core awareness assets: website copy, one-pagers, thought leadership, case studies, social content, executive speaking materials.
Product Marketing (Positioning, Launches, Enablement)
- Develop and maintain product positioning and value narratives that clearly differentiate RQD in clearing and custody.
- Translate product capabilities into market-ready messaging and assets (solution briefs, web pages, pitch decks, FAQs, talk tracks).
- Partner with Product and client-facing teams to capture proof points (outcomes, use cases, quotes) and turn them into customer-facing stories.
Events Strategy and Execution
- Build RQD’s events: annual plan, target audiences, themes, and success metrics.
- Define the right mix (industry conferences, hosted roundtables, partner events, webinars, invite-only client/prospect moments) and create a repeatable operating model.
- Own event briefs and go-to-market: positioning, promotion, staffing plan, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.
- Partner closely with Sales and leadership to ensure events strengthen relationships and reinforce RQD’s market position
Drive Performance with Data (champion Digital and AI tools)
- Define and track awareness of KPIs: share of voice, web traffic quality, branded search lift, social engagement, content performance, event influence, and audience growth.
- Build reporting cadences and use insights to improve message resonance, channel mix, and event effectiveness over time.
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years of experience across brand and product marketing, content, digital, and events (B2B preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive multi-channel initiatives with end-to-end - strategy through execution and iteration.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a bias toward clarity, precision, and credibility.
- Operational rigor: you can manage timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and moving parts without losing quality.
- Analytical mindset: you use data to prioritize and to prove what’s working.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, trading, clearing/custody, or regulated B2B environments.
- Familiarity with the typical marketing toolchain (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, web analytics, webinar/event tools).
- Experience supporting executive visibility (speaking, media, bylines, conference programming).
