We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Leading strategy and operations projects for the Swedish market, reporting to the local country manager
• Identifying and developing key banking products, features, operations, licences, and growth opportunities
• Collaborating with Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Risk, as well as global stakeholders, to analyse, define, and develop the local banking strategy
• Creating business cases based on requirement definitions, and driving execution plans
• Managing project prioritisation and ongoing operations
• Defining the playbook and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
• Identifying, managing, and developing relationships with external vendors and strategic partners

What you'll need

• A quantitative degree from university, e.g. MSc Engineering
• 4+ years of experience within financial services in Sweden/the Nordic region
• Experience from a top-tier management consultancy and/or international high-growth fintech
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience with local banking systems and transaction management
• The ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
• Inherent curiosity and an interest in making a significant impact
• A track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• Hands-on collaborative approach with a bias for action and getting things done
• Technical skills including SQL (or similar) and an interest in working hands-on with data
• Fluency in Swedish (native level)
• Fluent in English
