About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Manager to partner closely with local and global teams across Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance on technology initiatives.

You'll ensure local technology frameworks, systems, and governance align with both group standards and Brazilian regulatory expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the implementation and evolution of the local technology architecture
  • Contributing to the execution of the IT and data strategy
  • Collaborating with global teams on technology transformations and system migrations
  • Supporting IT governance processes, including documentation and reporting for local regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders on technology initiatives related to regulatory compliance
  • Helping ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with group technology standards
  • Supporting operational processes and technology frameworks required for regulated financial entities in Brazil

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in technology, IT architecture, or technology governance within financial services or fintech
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in Brazil, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, operational risk management, and data protection
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or information systems
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or technology governance frameworks
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
