About the role

Our Wealth & Trading team is at the forefront of redefining how people invest, using data-driven tools to make smarter financial decisions accessible to everyone. We operate with precision and expertise, building cutting-edge solutions that empower customers worldwide.

We’re looking for a Head of Fund Operations & Finance to spearhead the operational design and ongoing management of our investment features. You'll build operational and accounting frameworks from the ground up for our investment strategies, before scaling them to support customers around the world.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the operational and financial design, establishing robust accounting frameworks
• Managing the ongoing operational and financial lifecycle of investment funds
• Acting as the primary SME and finance lead, managing relationships and ensuring best-in-class oversight of third-party fund administrators and depositaries
• Directing the finance function for funds, including the review and sign-off of daily, monthly, and quarterly NAVs, alongside the production of annual financial statements
• Overseeing and managing the end-to-end audit process with external auditors
• Interacting with regulatory bodies to navigate setup, compliance, and financial reporting frameworks
• Scaling operations and financial oversight globally

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience at a senior or lead level within fund operations and finance
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
• Expertise in fund accounting, finance, and operations across popular European fund structures (UCITS or AIF)
• Expertise with investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg or Ireland
• Experience managing financial oversight of third-party fund administrators and depositaries
• An academic background from a top university

Nice to have

• A degree in STEM, business, or finance
• A solid understanding of illiquid asset valuation methodologies, cap tables, accounting methodologies, and cash management
• Experience implementing or managing API integrations between fund administrators and internal ledgers
