About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a motivated Tax Manager to review product launches from a tax and global expansion perspective. You'll be partnering with team members across the business and overseeing the building and implementation of tax process control tools across relevant product areas.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the tax review of product launches and expansion efforts, and supporting tax planning and consulting initiatives
- Leading tax compliance and efficiency in Mexico
- Ensuring on-time filing of local tax obligations
- Partnering with the Lead Tax Manager, Controller, and business and product heads to implement operational tax advice
- Building relationships with various stakeholders, overseas offices, and professional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues
- Raising awareness and reporting risks and tax optimization opportunities
- Drafting financial statement tax disclosures, including tax accounting impacts on equity, income and non-income taxes, and statement of cash flows
- Implementing automated tax reporting software solutions
- Delivering a best-in-class business-as-usual tax reporting framework (accruals, true-ups, balance sheet reconciliation)
- Establishing and maintaining robust controls, ensuring that the company’s income tax accounting review and documentation processes and related systems comply with SOX
What you'll need
- To be a qualified accountant with expertise in tax matters
- 4+ years of experience in a large, multi-national and complex organisation
- Extensive technical knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, and VAT
- Exceptional analytical skills and a ‘hands on’ attitude
- Experience within a fast growing organisation
- To be highly motivated and focused on delivery
- Excellent organisational skills to plan and organise work so that it's efficient and effective

- Experience in a high-performance fintech, top-tier retail banking, or international business environment
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN11,900 - PLN21,300 gross monthly*
- Vilnius: €2,900 - €5,100 gross monthly*
- New York: $82,800 - $206,118 gross annually*
- US: $82,800 - $206,118 gross annually*
- Poland: PLN11,900 - PLN21,300 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €2,900 - €5,100 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
