About the role
As Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for enterprise pipeline generation strategy and execution globally for Revolut Business. You will define the vision, scope, and structure of the function, and lead a lean team focused on delivering measurable qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth for enterprise companies through ABM campaigns, field events, and regional activations, in close partnership with GTM teams.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer that is used to having extensive individual contributor responsibilities while leading a small high calibre team.
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategy & Planning: Develop and own the global demand generation strategy, with clear goals for pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion via ABM programs, LinkedIn campaigns, partner-led programs, and targeted owned and industry events.
- Own & lead campaign Execution: Design, launch, and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity, ensuring strong alignment with the sales team.
- Deliver robust ROI on key demand gen channels: Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for digital, paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events, leveraging testing and relentless focus on insights to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Serve as trusted partner to GTM teams: Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, and SLA processes. Enhance outbound strategy, including messaging, content, and follow-up flows
- Refine marketing automation & CRM workflows: In collaboration with marketing ops leaders, improve and continuously optimise prospect nurture journeys, MQL/SQL scoring frameworks, and qualification models.
- Guide enterprise content and creative efforts: in partnership with brand and creative strategy teams
- Own analytics & Reporting: Own KPIs for demand generation, ensuring targeting, lead scoring, and funnel mechanics are optimised for conversion and scale.Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI for executive stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 7–10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success driving pipeline growth in enterprise fintech, SaaS or ecommerce industries, ideally in both PLG and sales-assisted environments
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring models, and funnel optimisation
- Deep expertise in marketing and sales tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, attribution platforms, intent data tools/Demandbase/6Sense, and Tableau/Looker.
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel global or multi-geo demand gen campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting dashboards, reports, and campaign insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN24,700 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN24,700 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
