About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for an Information Security Manager to collaborate with regulators, management, and the Risk and Compliance team to oversee all things related to information security. You'll ensure proper documentation and reports are accurate and compliant.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyzing and monitoring risk profiles across Technology and Product teams
  • Supporting teams in managing and mitigating operational risks
  • Designing, implementing, and testing effective risk controls
  • Conducting risk assessments and deep dives to generate actionable insights
  • Managing and preventing major incidents, breaches, and non-compliance exposure
  • Leading risk committees and working groups to strengthen organisational resilience
  • Delivering technology risk insights and reports to senior leadership
  • Developing and tracking key data-driven metrics, such as KRIs and BCIs
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance IT risk management
  • Advising on and implementing mitigation strategies to address identified technology risks

What you'll need

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology service firms
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, including cloud, software, hardware, tooling, data flows, and operations
  • Awareness of how technology impacts security posture, policies, and operational resilience, including change control and business continuity/disaster recovery (BC/DR)
  • A solid understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, and the ability to define risk appetite, assess impact, and determine risk likelihood
  • Experience in the RCSA process, including the design, assessment, and testing of controls
  • The ability to tailor communication based on audience and expectations when engaging with the first line of defence (1LoD) and other stakeholders
  • A STEM degree, preferably in computer science or information technology
  • Familiarity with key industry and regulatory standards, such as SOX, SOC2, ISO, COBIT, and ITIL

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with card products, investment services, or foreign exchange (FX) operations in Peru
  • Experience in technology and change delivery within a leading or global consultancy firm
  • A track record of building or scaling the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech company
  • Relevant industry-recognized certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
