About the role

Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes.

We’re looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure our AI solutions are developed and deployed in a responsible and compliant manner that aligns with global regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, maintaining, and operationalising robust and scalable AI regulatory compliance frameworks, standards, and policies, ensuring continuous alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on AI-related laws, offering guidance to product and business teams, and monitoring the global AI regulatory landscape
  • Leading the creation and rollout of standardised toolkits (e.g., impact assessments, checklists) for AI risk identification
  • Executing AI-specific risk assessments, from design through post-market monitoring, to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Integrating responsible AI governance principles directly into the product development process, mapping internal AI use cases to risk controls and assurance processes
  • Developing and delivering training on AI governance and responsible AI principles to cultivate a compliant culture, and providing strategic advice on trustworthy and explainable AI

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in an AI governance or regulatory compliance role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector
  • Proven knowledge of AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks, including the EU AI Act
  • Familiarity with other relevant frameworks and regulations, such as the UK's AI regulatory approach, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and the ISO/IEC 42001 standard
  • A solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications, including principles of fairness, accountability, transparency, and explainability
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements and technical concepts into practical business solutions
  • A proactive and independent mindset, with a track record of taking ownership and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €4,600 - €6,500 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
