About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our new Product Partnerships team in Spain and Portugal to launch and scale the features that businesses rely on every day.
You'll drive strategic development initiatives while collaborating with global partners to pursue new opportunities and look for ways to improve profitability.

What you'll be doing
- Leading high impact engagements with key external stakeholders globally, supporting critical business lines
- Acting as an owner and point of contact for these relationships internally, and representing Revolut externally
- Supporting the development of product partnerships by differentiating Revolut’s offering and working on new products, aiming to increase profitability and improve customer engagement
- Developing new products and features with partners to continue Revolut’s hyper-growth
- Working with key product teams across the business to improve engagement and profitability
- Negotiating with partners to offer Revolut features to customers around the world
- Analysing problems to develop root-cause analysis and coming up with ground-breaking solutions
What you'll need
- 1–3 years of experience in relevant industries, preferably within corporate developments, consulting or fintech platforms, and fast paced startups
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management as an analyst/associate
- A solid track record of delivering B2B services through third-party collaborations
- Great relationship-building and negotiation skills across seniority levels, with a strategic mindset for partner selection, project prioritisation, and long-term value creation
- To be highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, capable of overcoming challenges and closing deals effectively
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
