About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team. This role will lead the review and approval of product launches, and global expansion within Revolut. The role will partner with the business to oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools across relevant product areas. We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing a process for tax review and approval of all product launches and expansions in Argentina
• Ensuring compliance in tax matters as a business partner
• Driving tax governance and efficiency across the organisation
• Working with the business and product leads to implement operational tax advice such as withholding tax or reporting on payouts
• Providing accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
• Implementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworks
• Reviewing local country tax submissions
• Liaising with external advisors and internal financial controllers
• Ensuring on-time filing of local country obligations
• Supporting global statutory and consolidated income tax provisions under IFRS and IAS 102
• Preparing financial statement disclosures for tax matters
• Drafting tax disclosures for financial statements, including impacts to equity, income, and non-income taxes
• Preparing tax-related disclosures for the statement of cash flows

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience as a qualified tax professional in a large banking organisation
• A professional tax qualification such as ACA, CA, LL.M, CTA, ADIT, or similar, with in-house experience preferred but not essential
• Extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax
• A Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Proven experience working within a fast-growing organisation
• A high motivation and focus on delivery
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively
• Previous experience in a fast-moving fintech organisation
• Experience in top-tier retail banking or a fast-growing international business
