About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Communications team as part of our Rev-celerator Internship Programme. We're hiring 2 Communications Manager Interns. One will focus on our Spanish market, and the other will manage Global Communications and be UK-based.

If you're in your penultimate year of study, you'll work with us for 3 months to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role provides a great way to hone different comms skills and figure out what you're interested in early in your career, as it's a learning experience that spans both consumer and corporate communications.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting day-to-day PR activities in your market, including press monitoring, media list management, and coverage reporting
  • Assisting in drafting press releases, blog posts, Q&A documents, and social media content
  • Coordinating key announcements, working with international communications managers to share updates, coordinate press materials, and distribute press releases
  • Triaging press office requests to ensure journalists receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Helping to prepare briefing materials for interviews and events
  • Researching industry trends, competitors, and media opportunities to inform our comms strategy
  • Supporting campaign execution and reporting across your market and other regions when needed

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Spanish (for Spanish market role only)
  • To be a student in your penultimate year of studies in journalism, communications, PR, advertising, or other relevant field
  • An interest in news, media, and fintech/tech topics, with a good understanding of what makes a story newsworthy
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Solid organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
  • To be comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willing to learn PR tools (media monitoring, databases, analytics)

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Greek, Italian, or Portuguese (for Spanish market role only)
