About the role

Revolut’s Talent team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner (People Experience) to ensure that our employees are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. You'll work with our global team to help build and maintain a world-class employee experience for Revoluters around the world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the People Experience team to deliver on the KPIs
  • Working with senior management in the People Experience team
  • Building processes and procedures to improve employee satisfaction
  • Driving team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
  • Managing initiatives in the recognition programme to improve engagement
  • Overseeing processes related to the recognition programme
  • Creating solutions to enhance employee experience
  • Liaising with external vendors and global teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of global onboarding

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills across different personality types and departments
  • Passion for company culture and employee engagement
  • A track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to handle complex social dynamics among employees
  • Demonstrable emotional intelligence
  • The ability to see the big picture of how people and culture align with business strategy and goals
  • Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
  • A genuine motivation for helping others
  • A commitment to supporting colleagues
  • The ability to explain complex things simply and concisely
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience using Jira
  • Experience in a startup
  • Experience in fintech, tech, or financial services
  • A CIPD qualification
  • Experience in an international team
