About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to share their expertise on customer service and complaints handling within Revolut's customer operations. You'll ensure we comply with customer service regulations while keeping up to date on any changes.

What you'll be doing
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements, specific to our telecommunications department
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential regulatory compliance and conduct risks in our telecommunications offerings, and driving implementation of controls to ensure we operate within our risk appetite
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
- Reviewing marketing materials and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
- Ensuring risk management processes for customer operations are robust and occur in a timely manner
- Identifying regulatory challenges and addressing/implementing changes in payment services products in good time
- Liaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, MLRO, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.)
What you'll need
- 3–7 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience within the telecommunications industry (e.g., mobile services, broadband, VoIP, network infrastructure), with a focus on conduct and compliance risk
- An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €5,100 - €5,400 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €5,100 - €5,400 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
