About the role

Revolut's Talent team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that’s people-centric and value-adding.

We’re looking for a GSOC Process Engineer to help transform our Global Security Operations Centre into a proactive, data-driven command hub.

You’ll design and optimise processes to improve incident response, streamline workflows, and boost operational efficiency. Working with analysts, security, and tech teams, you’ll help integrate systems and scale global operations.

If you're ready to make an impact at the intersection of engineering and security, let’s get in touch.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and optimising GSOC processes, including incident response from OSINT, access control, CCTV, and emergency communications
  • Developing process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, and automation workflows to streamline operations
  • Identifying bottlenecks and applying lean principles or similar methodologies to improve efficiency
  • Integrating security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, OSINT tools) into unified, automated workflows
  • Establishing and tracking performance metrics (e.g., response times, false alarm rates, resolution KPIs)
  • Collaborating with GSOC analysts, physical security leads, and cross-functional tech teams to deploy improvements
  • Supporting compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) with audit-ready documentation
  • Delivering training and documentation to enable seamless adoption of new tools and workflows
  • Driving forward next-gen GSOC capabilities in threat detection, data visualisation, and predictive analytic

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering, GSOC operations, or operational optimisation roles
  • A solid understanding of physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV)
  • Experience mapping, analysing, and improving technical or operational workflows
  • Familiarity with tools like Atlassian or equivalent
  • The ability to define and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of ISO 27001 or physical security compliance standards
  • Experience working in or supporting 24/7 security or operations environments

Nice to have

  • A Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt or higher)
  • Experience with AI/ML tools for threat detection or process automation
  • Knowledge of cyber-physical convergence or experience integrating GSOC and SOC workflows
  • Familiarity with data visualisation or dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance environments in fintech, tech, or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience building or scaling GSOC capabilities in high-growth global organisations
