Product Marketing is what propels us past the competition in the eyes of our customers. Working with Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and just about any other team you can think of, our world-class Product Marketers help develop jaw-dropping features, then show off how beneficial they're to millions of people through top-notch campaigns.
We’re looking for an outstanding Product Marketer to spearhead our strategic market expansion, establish Revolut as the go-to financial app in new territories, and communicate the positive impact of Revolut to build customer trust and accelerate local success.

What you'll be doing
- Understanding local market needs, customer behaviours and product performance across diverse markets
- Leveraging market feedback and intelligence to extract data-driven insights
- Adapting global product marketing strategies for local relevance
- Leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches across regions
- Crafting messaging, positioning, and market-specific value propositions
- Collaborating with Data and Ops to build attribution models
- Measuring the impact of product marketing on key metrics in the Americas
- Designing and launching experiments across channels and messaging
- Optimising campaign performance through systematic testing
- Building scalable automation systems and workflows to support expansion
- Ensuring efficient and repeatable marketing operations across markets
- Leading complex cross-functional projects involving product, growth, creative, and compliance teams, ensuring seamless execution and effective collaboration in new regulatory environments.
- Communicating performance updates and recommending adjustments to stakeholders
- Owning key business metrics and contributing to strategic planning
- Monitoring industry trends and anticipating market shifts in new geographies
- Identifying opportunities and risks for strategic adaptation
What you'll need
- Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth tech company with a focus on market entry or international expansion
- Knowledge of local markets and regulatory landscapes in the FinTech or payments industry
- A genuine interest in Revolut’s products and mission
- Extensive experience leading multi-market go-to-market campaigns with cross-functional input
- The ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency and performance goals
- Experience testing bold creative concepts and scaling successful approaches
- A proven track record in consumer marketing across in-product, digital, PR and offline channels
- Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and accountable mindset
- The ability to build strong relationships and operate in a fast-changing startup environment
- Strategic thinking and solid business acumen with proven project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality, combined with an experimental mindset
- Knowledge of consumer marketing trends and creative inspiration sources for global application
