About Revolut

People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 55+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

Our Treasury team sits at the very core of Revolut. People in the Treasury team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks.

We're looking for a mid-level Treasury Manager to contribute towards the Group’s liquidity management activities and enhance our overall framework. You'll advise on the optimisation of returns from liquidity and capital deployed.

Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Head of Liquidity in developing, building, and maintaining a best-in-class liquidity and funding management framework
  • Working closely with Product Owners and the Risk team to deliver the Group ILAAP, containing analysis on liquidity, funding risk, and regulatory requirements (such as LCR and NSFR)
  • Leading the implementation of appropriate liquidity management tools for data capture, control, measurement, reporting, and forecasting of liquidity
  • Reviewing the Group's risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures
  • Supporting growth through understanding and optimising the business' liquidity/funding needs
  • Maintaining liquidity and funding policies
  • Developing and diversifying funding programmes across the Group, covering both secured and unsecured funding
  • Staying informed of emerging trends in financial markets, which might affect the entity's funding strategy
  • Assisting in designing our liquidity investment portfolio

What you'll need

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues into their component parts to identify the root cause, propose solutions, and gather support
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment, deliver practical solutions, influence stakeholders, and deal with ad-hoc requirements from start to delivery
  • A structured approach and to be highly organised to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in liquidity and funding management within a global bank or financial services provider
  • A thorough understanding of UK-based regulatory regimes
  • The ability to assess and interpret new/revised regulatory policy, and communicate impacts to businesses, senior management, and committees
  • Experience in a top-tier financial institution or fintech firm (preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function)

Nice to have

  • Expertise with regulatory liquidity regimes in other geographies, such as in Europe and the US
  • Previous experience in liquidity stress-testing methodology
  • A background in consultancy
