About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that is people-centric and value-adding.

We're growing rapidly, and to support this expansion, we're looking for a Head of People to drive our People strategy in France and support growth across Europe. You’ll shape policies and procedures and embed culture across the team.

If you're a data-oriented and results-driven expert with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, who is passionate about building scalable processes and helping others grow, this might be the next challenge you're after.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership, supporting organisational development, cultural integration, and high-impact decision-making
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that meet Revolut’s standards and local French employment regulations
  • Supporting the operationalisation of the French-licensed entity, aligning HR processes to regulatory requirements, and contributing to our expansion strategy
  • Partnering with Central HR to optimise day-to-day operations, drive automation, and ensure customer-centricity
  • Owning performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes
  • Monitoring compliance with local employment laws, including direct liaison with relevant French authorities (e.g., inspection du travail)
  • Promoting Revolut’s culture and values while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in day-to-day operations
  • Providing cultural coaching to enable effective cross-border collaboration
  • Leading People initiatives that support business goals, from compensation benchmarking to training and engagement programmes
  • Helping build a balanced scorecard and success metrics for the new entity

What you'll need

  • 8–10 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to high-growth or regulated environments (e.g., fintech, banking, scale-ups)
  • Proven success as a strategic HR business partner or Head of People in an international, multicultural context
  • Deep knowledge of French labour law and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with policy development, performance management, and compliance
  • An analytical mindset and experience working with data-driven HR practices
  • Fluency in English and French

Nice to have

  • Experience working in or supporting a regulated financial institution
  • Knowledge of banking-specific HR controls or compliance frameworks
  • Expertise building HR operations from scratch in a startup or scale-up
  • Experience working within group-wide and local HR structures
