About the role

Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business as a whole. These teams work across industries and areas to present creative options for new revenue streams.

Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they ensure all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they’re aligned as a function in all key areas.

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to drive end-to-end procurement activities and vendor management. An experienced individual to keep an eye on our sourcing processes, take part in negotiations, and resolve issues. Someone with an analytical mind who always strives for excellence, continuously tracks performance, and looks for ways to optimise processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Engaging in sourcing activities and negotiations
• Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including commercial and contractual negotiations
• Establishing category structures in a remote environment
• Conducting forward-looking analysis on current/prospect vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvements
• Maintaining and operating Revolut’s procurement workflow and PO system
• Monitoring and developing vendor performance processes
• Assisting the wider business in solving vendor issues and escalations
• Working alongside the Third Party Risk team and Finance to assist with the vendor onboarding process
• Conducting in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for business improvement, and delivering critical insights and outcomes that drive growth
• Producing monthly vendor reports and presentations to wider stakeholders
• Collaborating with procurement professionals and across teams to ensure compliance to sourcing strategy and continuous improvement of processes

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in a global procurement function in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in source-to-pay activities
• Solid negotiation and analytical skills
• The ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of category management
• Expertise in best-practice procurement processes, policies, and procedures
• Experience building and presenting compelling business cases to drive strategic decision-making and secure stakeholder buy-in
