Working with Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and just about any other team you can think of, our world-class Product Marketers help develop jaw-dropping products, then show off how beneficial they are to millions of people through impactful campaigns.
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive profitability through Premium feature adoption. You'll lead upgrade strategies and build a high-performing marketing team focused on providing customer lifetime value.

What you’ll be doing
- Immersing yourself in understanding our customers' needs and how our Premium products work globally, utilising data-driven insights to shape strategy
- Owning and executing the Premium product marketing strategy across all channels, from positioning to launch campaigns
- Designing quarterly roadmaps and annual marketing plans that drive creative, measurable increases in upgrades and adoption of Premium products
- Building and mentoring a high-performing product marketing team, setting clear goals and success metrics
- Crafting compelling value propositions and narratives that showcase Premium benefits, working with creative teams to bring them to life
- Orchestrating Premium product launches across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning
- Fostering solid cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications teams to maximise product awareness and adoption
- Analysing customer behaviour and market trends to identify upgrade opportunities and optimise conversion strategies
What you'll need
- Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth tech company)
- Proven experience driving premium product adoption
- Passion for Revolut’s products
- Knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
- Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various teams
- Experience generating highly original ideas and setting the standard for creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity
- A solid track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels, such as in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations
- Experience hiring and retaining top talent and leading high-performing creative teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- To be a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in a dynamic, international environment
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality
