We're looking for an IT Support Engineer who'll help our employees with their technology needs throughout their time at Revolut. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days per week in the Mexico City office.

What you’ll be doing
- Solving IT requests and making sure tickets are closed within SLAs
- Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
- Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptops, including initial IT set-up and ongoing managment
- Retrieving exiting employees' hardware and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
- Managing any Revolut owned technology, including both office and remote hardware
- Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation
- Supporting the team with process optimisations and change management
- Participating in global project initiatives to support Revolut growth by improving solutions
What you'll need
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, ticket management via Jira/Atlassian, etc.)
- Experience in endpoint devices and incident management
- Vendor management (outsourcing) experience
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with technical support for Slack
- Experience working with Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with MDM tools, such as Jamf
- Fluency in Spanish
