We're looking for an Information Security Manager to manage projects and coordinate and collaborate with technology, operations, and product teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring and improving security controls
• Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes
• Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed
• Collaborating on larger change and transformation programmes, taking ownership of appropriate tasks and providing input as required
• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
• Leading and executing projects end to end
• Producing data-driven service performance and risk reports, based on a solid set of monitoring metrics (SLAs, KRIs, BCIs)
• Resolving issues with management and stakeholders

What you'll need

• Knowledge of regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk
• Knowledge of Mexican Payment System (SPEI, SPID) regulatory, security, technology, and infrastructure requirements
• In-depth knowledge of project management methods and principles
• SQL skills
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• Excellent risk-awareness and an understanding of risk management frameworks, in particular “3 Lines of Defence” financial services model
• Fluency in English
