We're hiring a Finance Service Manager to take our Treasury and Finance market data quality to the next level. Teams across Treasury, Finance, and Financial Risk rely on accurate market data to fulfil duties to internal and external stakeholders. You'll help us ensure our market data is of high quality while keeping focus on cost governance.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring market data availability and quality, escalating issues to market data vendors, and implementing temporary fixes while resolution is ongoing
• Working with technology teams to resolve data issues and establish a golden source for market data
• Building and maintaining market data and subscriptions inventory
• Identifying and implementing efficiencies in work processes, applying automation where feasible
• Managing market data costs, planning and monitoring, allocating to users, and suggesting optimizations
• Maintaining strong relationships with external market data vendors

What you'll need

• Experience with market data within financial services
• Exceptional understanding of data quality management and master data management concepts
• Proven experience establishing operating procedures for market data management
• Experience in invoice reconciliation
• Excellent communication skills with customers and vendors at all levels
• Proficiency in SQL
