About the role
Our Card Payments Team handles hundreds of millions of transactions seamlessly every month, ensuring smooth and reliable payment experiences for our customers. As internal champions of customer success, we collaborate closely with product teams to keep our customers at the heart of everything Revolut does.
We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert with solid experience in card payment operations. You’ll ensure Revolut customers can make payments effortlessly while managing and strengthening relationships with key payment partners globally.

What you’ll be doing
- Resolving cases related to card payment declines, ensuring swift and effective solutions
- Closely monitoring key card payment metrics to ensure Revolut cards are accepted globally
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with global merchants and acquirers, serving as the primary point of contact on behalf of Revolut
- Providing expert support for non-routine payment issues escalated by partners, customers, and internal teams
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base materials, collaborating with the Customer Experience (CX) team to elevate customer support standards
- Working closely with internal product and operations teams to align on goals and initiatives
- Leading efforts to develop learning and development materials and conducting retrospectives to refine processes
What you'll need
- Experience in payments, with a solid understanding of the industry and its processes
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Proven experience in stakeholder management to be able to build cross-departmental relationships in a highly diverse, international environment

Compensation range
- Vilnius: €2,200 - €2,600 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €2,200 - €2,600 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
