About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. Put simply, we come to work to create a fantastic experience that our people love and that starts from the very first point we connect with our new joiners.

We're looking for a People Partner to support the learning and development of our fast growing teams. A data-oriented and results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who'll take our L&D strategies to the next level. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others do the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and improving Mandatory Training processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Handling a high volume of operational tasks, such as creating reports, editing courses, implementing new policies, and managing actions within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • developing new courses and refine existing ones to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Negotiating with and reporting to senior stakeholders outside the immediate team, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What you'll need

  • Experience with Mandatory Training in a large multinational enterprise together with experience in HR, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Capital consulting experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to turn complex information into accessible, straightforward user-centered content
  • Experience building relationships and influencing across a matrix structure
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to assess and prioritize business needs, determine performance and development gaps, and create and execute a learning strategy and plan
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret data, and advise key stakeholders on solution areas
  • Experience leading successful projects, working both autonomously and effectively with others
  • Passion for ideating, innovating, and challenging while constantly finding new and creative ways to engage learners
  • Good data analysis skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in Mandatory Training: Familiarity with compliance-driven training frameworks and processes.
  • Knowledge of Legal or Regulatory Requirements: Understanding of compliance standards and frameworks, especially in regulated industries.
