About the role
The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise our product GM's and department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD
- Offering commercial solutions to compliance problem statements
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance
- Leading the charge in steering our cryptoassets products through the complex regulatory landscape
- Ensuring every cryptoasset product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our cryptoassets offerings
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge policies that drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Empowering product teams with knowledge, training, and tools to make compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
- Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our cryptoassets products shine in audits
- Setting new standards in regulatory reporting and engagement
What you'll need
- Experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, fast growing technology company, or cryptoassets exchange
- An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- A degree from a top-tier university
- A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas
- A STEM or another highly quantitative degree
- Highly adaptable skills for working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €3,600 - €5,400 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €3,600 - €5,400 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
