About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. Put simply, we come to work to create a fantastic experience that our people love and that starts from the very first point we connect with our new joiners.

We're looking for a People Experience Specialist to ensure our people are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. You'll work with our global team to help build and maintain a world-class employee experience for all Revoluters.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the People Experience team to deliver KPIs
  • Working with the Senior Management team within People Experience to build out processes and procedures to improve employee satisfaction
  • Working on team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
  • Managing the end-to-end process for the recognition programme, auditing regularly
  • Creating solutions to enhance Revoluters' experience
  • Implementing cost reduction ideas
  • Liaising with external vendors and local People Experience teams worldwide to ensure speedy delivery of services
  • Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
  • Assisting with coordination and delivery of global onboarding

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and personality types
  • Passion for company culture and employee engagement
  • A track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex social dynamics amongst employees
  • To see the ‘big picture’ of how people and culture fit into the company’s overall business strategy and goals
  • Experience building successful relationships, advising business leaders, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
  • A joy for helping others
  • The ability to explain complex things easily
  • To be able to work from the office 3x per week (this is a hybrid position)
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up
  • Experience in tech or financial services
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Experience working in a highly diverse, international team
  • Working knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
