This is a unique opportunity to join our UK Bank Treasury team as an Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life by helping to release exciting new features, look after our customers, and closely manage our risks.

What you’ll be doing
- Building and maintaining access to Bank of England SMF
- Monitoring the collateral positions across multiple products
- Facilitating BCP operations
- Owning Treasury Risk Control Self-Assessments
- Maintaining systems access for UK Bank Treasury members
- Supporting counterparty due diligence and onboarding of new banking partners
- Owning internal NIAP process for RBUK Treasury to introduce new products
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, back office, or change role within a UK Bank Treasury
- Knowledge of key treasury instruments and settlements processes
- A proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Great stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with treasury management systems and collateral management
- Knowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessments
- Expertise building business continuity plans
