We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager who’ll combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports.
You’ll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of reports ranging from CoRep, FinRep, and Pillar III across multiple jurisdictions, so there’s always something to learn.

What you’ll be doing
- Producing and reviewing current regulatory reports, including capital, financial, liquidity, resolution, statistical returns, and Pillar III
- Supporting the business with the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring all regulatory reporting requirements are being met
- Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areas
- Communicating issues with appropriate data owners, and tracking them to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions
- Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting such as Basel 3.1
- Working closely across departments to ensure regulatory reporting and decision support is of the highest possible standard
What you'll need
- Either 7+ years of experience as a Regulatory Reporting/Financial Control Manager in a bank or other regulated financial services entity, or 7+ years of experience in a big 4 (or similar environment) as a Financial Services Consultant/Auditor
- Experience working with financial reporting for a bank, CoRep, FinRep, liquidity, resolution, or statistical reporting
- Experience in the calculation of exposure and risk weights related to investment products, such as bonds, derivatives, repos, etc.
- Experience working with regulatory reporting software, and an understanding of the data implementation requirements, such as Axiom
- Impressive analytical and numerical skills
- The ability to make sense of regulation and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports as well as enhance existing ones
- To be a self-starter and independent worker
- To be highly self-motivated with great interpersonal skills
- The ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment
- Impeccable organisational skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines with outstanding attention to detail
- Proven experience in project and people management
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with IFRS accounting standards
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Adenza/Axiom)
- Experience in regulatory policy
- Experience in software or IT platform change initiatives
