About the role

We focus on community-driven and data-driven approaches to ensure Revolut is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
As an SEO Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving organic traffic growth and enhancing our online visibility. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our website and content are optimised for search engines, leading to increased organic traffic.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing and managing SEO-optimised content for landing pages alongside SEO and Copywriting teams
- Conducting keyword research with SEO tools to plan content that drives organic traffic to our pages and attracts new customers
- Sharing content insights with the team
- Implementing the wider Revolut SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and attract new customers
- Understanding our potential new customers, and help to target their wants, needs, and interests through our content
- Making sure our content follows SEO, legal, and brand guidelines
- Identifying and establishing valuable link-building opportunities and partnerships to boost our domain authority and search engine rankings
- Enhancing our website's internal linking structure to improve SEO performance and customer navigation
What you'll need
- Fluency in English
- 3+ years of experience in SEO marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth global tech company)
- A proven track record as a successful SEO Manager with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- An understanding of keyword intent and what makes an impactful piece of content
- Expertise in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other industry-standard tools
- Experience conducting keyword research and identifying content gaps
- Team player abilities with experience on how to collaborate across functions
- A data-driven approach and awareness of the importance of appropriately quantifying your work
- Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
