We’re looking for a Workplace Manager to take care of the proper image of the company and appearance of the reception according to Revolut’s standards. A well-organised individual who’ll maintain our office, logistics, and documentation. A reliable, positive, can-do person who enjoys helping others.

What you’ll be doing
- Representing Revolut Japan to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting business meetings held in the office by acting as a point of contact
- Managing visitors, welcoming guests, booking, and preparing rooms, and conducting meet-and-greet activities
- Assisting with customers’ office-related inquiries (from internal and external stakeholders, visitors, Revoluters) via email, Jira, Slack, and in person
- Cooperating with landlords, vendors, security, and the cleaning team to create a safe, healthy, and welcoming office environment
- Managing company documentation in accordance with agreed-upon rules and the playbook.
- Conducting daily office checks and reporting any issues
- Ordering business cards
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling access card control
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Serving as the administrator to closely work with the building’s Disaster Prevention Office and relevant authorities to ensure office safety
- Overseeing the office-related entertainment budget and expense management
- Organising and managing events, including department-wide events, business trips, and team gatherings
What you'll need
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- Experience working in office management or facility position
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative to drive projects and get things done with attention to detail
- Motivation and adaptability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in GSuite, MS Office, Slack and other relevant IT tools
Nice to have
- Project management experience
- Experience working in Financial Services sector
