Marketing Managers at Revolut create and execute campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and user growth at Global level.
As a member of our regional Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across relevant regional channels. To begin, these channels will be influencer marketing, partnerships, and affiliate marketing.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of growth, sponsorship and events campaigns.
- Building comprehensive GTM plans, coordinating with several internal and external stakeholders, and acting as main project owner
- Improving processes and building efficiencies across markets, teams, and stakeholders, contributing to the channel’s playbook
- Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimise based on performance metrics and learnings
- Supporting the Commercial team in defining the marketing plan and forecast of upcoming partnerships campaigns
What you'll need
- Track record as a successful partnerships marketing manager, with hands-on experience across several marketing channels
- Performance marketing mindset to turn partnerships and other channels into an engine of growth
- Willingness and ability to dive into funnel metrics and continuously improve the funnel based on performance metrics
- Creativity to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right channel mix
- Excellent project and stakeholders management skills
- Commercial acumen to influence marketing plans from partners proposals
