We're looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to join Revolut Bank UAB to oversee and enhance the bank’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services.
Our team is responsible for managing the risks of outsourcing and other third-party arrangements, as well as operational resilience and business continuity management.
You'll collaborate with service owners, compliance, risk, and service delivery teams and ensure proper documentation and reporting related to operational resilience.

What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing operational resilience frameworks, policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all business functions
- Collaborating with functional teams to conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis, and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats
- Developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity and exit plans, ensuring alignment with EU regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of existing resilience plans and processes, making recommendations for improvements
- Designing and conducting testing, training, and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of continuity plans and enhance organisational readiness
- Serving as liaison with external partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to align continuity efforts and maintain external dependencies
- Monitoring and updating business continuity plans, regularly, incorporating lessons learned from incidents and industry developments
- Leading and coordinating response efforts during crises, guiding teams through recovery processes and ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations
- Providing regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements
- Monitoring emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry
- A solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning
Nice to have
- A relevant certification, such as CBCP or ABCP
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €5,700 - €6,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
