We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager who’ll combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports.
You’ll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of reports ranging from CoRep, FinRep, and Pillar III across multiple jurisdictions, so there’s always something to learn.

What you’ll be doing
- Producing current regulatory reports, such as capital, financial, liquidity, resolution, statistical returns, and Pillar III disclosures before submission
- Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areas
- Communicating issues with appropriate data owners, monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achieved
- Participating in bank examinations and internal and external audits
- Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting
- Working closely across departments to ensure regulatory reporting and decision support is of the highest possible standard
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience (6+ for senior level) in regulatory reporting/financial control for a regulated financial services entity or Big 4 as a consultant/auditor
- Experience working with financial reporting for a bank, CoRep, FinRep, liquidity, resolution, or statistical reporting
- Impressive analytical and numerical skills
- The ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports as well as enhance existing ones
- To be a self-starter and independent worker
- To be highly self-motivated with great interpersonal skills
- The ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment
- Impeccable organisational skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines with outstanding attention to detail
Nice to have
- Expertise working with IFRS accounting standards
- Proficient in regulatory reporting standard software (Adenza, Axiom)
- Experience in regulatory policy
- Knowledge of software or IT platform change initiatives
- Proven experience in project and people management
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €5,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
