About The Role

Internal accounting? That’s a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.

We’re looking for a motivated Finance Manager to manage all accounting and financial aspects of our acquired entity Arvog Forex in Mumbai. You'll work closely with the senior management to deliver wow on all things finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the accounting and financial reporting functions, including preparation of financials, posting of accounting entries, and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial requirements, including tax compliance like TDS and GST payments, returns, and reconciliations
• Preparing financial reports for senior management
• Analysing complex financial records and reports, recommending ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
• Preparing documentation for external auditors, maintaining a ledger to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of all accounting tasks
  
  

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant role managing finance, accounting, taxation, and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• To be process-driven and able to create and document new processes
• Fluency in English
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience working within the financial industry
• A master’s degree in finance, business, or other relevant field of study
