About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Manager to join our Vilnius office on-site, where you’ll be a key part of ensuring the day-to-day operations for LT Bank. You’ll be managing the electronic legal mailboxes ensuring that critical company documentation and external enquiries are actioned immediately once received. Your day will consist of engaging with multiple departments, fielding queries and engaging with teams to ensure items have been actioned correctly. What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the legal inboxes and ensure that critical emails are fielded to the correct teams
  • Engage with multiple departments to ensure that items have been actioned correctly
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive tracking that all emails have been actioned correctly through the internal platform
  • Act as the point of contact and SME on the process and various queries being received

What you'll need

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask
  • Motivated and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong team player, with a readiness to ‘muck in’ but with the ability to work independently, using own initiative when required
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Reliable and responsible with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Tech Services, specifically use of MacBook and Google Suite

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €2,100 - €2,400 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
