About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. Join our dynamic team as a Workplace Manager, where you’ll be the face of Revolut, and coordinate our offices in APAC. Based out of our Bangalore office, you'll create a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring the reception area shines and our guests feel at home.

Your day will be varied, from managing meeting rooms and answering calls to coordinating with vendors and handling office supplies. If you’re organised, proactive, and love a fast-paced setting, this role is perfect for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking care of the proper image of the company and appearance of the reception according to Revolut's standards
  • Supporting the business meetings held in the office, including managing visitors and booking rooms
  • Managing the company's documentation (mail, e-mails, invoices, etc.)
  • Managing WX tickets, responding politely and adequately while meeting SLAs
  • Supporting customer questions (internal and external visitors, Revoluters, stakeholders) via email, Jira, Slack, and in-person
  • Managing proper communication related to WX activities regarding any issues and planned actions
  • Creating, implementing, and executing the internal FM-related procedures and policies
  • Maintaining the relationship with third-party suppliers, vendors, building management, and security
  • Managing the facilities annual/periodical budget in line with the Finance department
  • Executing the Physical Security Policies and Standards in cooperation with Global Head of Safety and Physical Security, providing access cards, security verification, and reports, and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Executing the global standards in relation to asset and inventory management, and coordinating necessary maintenance

What you'll need

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • To be motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative when needed
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Flexibility and a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills
  • Reliability and responsibility with a friendly and approachable manner

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a similar position at a multi-location, international company
  • A general understanding of tech services, specifically use of MacBooks and Google Suite
