Account Executive (Full Cycle Sales) – Southeast Asia
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Build and own pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting across cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking and ecosystem partnerships to consistently exceed sales goals.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through demos, proposals, negotiations and closing, while navigating multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
- Identify Customers’ Needs: Interact with founders, CFOs, HR leaders and key decision-makers to understand business priorities and educate customers on Qapita's solutions and value proposition.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline while continuously refining outreach strategies and sales motions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product and Customer Success teams to share insights, improve processes, identify new growth opportunities and help scale our go-to-market motion
Qualifications:
- Legally authorised to work in Singapore without requiring a work visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum two years of work experience in B2B sales within tech / startup space.
- Experience owning and managing the full sales cycle with demonstrated quota achievement.
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, or venture-backed companies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
