What You’ll Do:
- Proactively cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and increase revenue.
- Build and nurture strong executive relationships with key clients to drive engagement and position the company as a trusted partner.
- Mentor and coach other Account Managers to uplevel their approach, mindset, skillset, and other areas to flourish and excel in their role
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management
- Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests
- Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes
- Manage input and feedback for all client facing projects with detailed direction and timelines for top tier accounts
- Creating long- and short-term implementation and project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly
- Team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management and other internal stakeholders
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to ensure engagement on a regular and effective basis
What You Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management and 2 years of management experience
- Understanding of mortgage is strongly preferred
- Past experience in Enterprise Saas sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in learning about Fintech
- An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-up
- An eagerness, willingness and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly’s software offerings
- Passionate about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful
- Highly motivated, resilient and a tenacious passion for winning
- Ability to communicate technical problems in a elegant and tactful way
- Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
