The position

At point.me, we’re on a mission to increase the spending power for millions of people by turning loyalty points into powerful currency. With our recent Series B funding closed, we’re growing our B2B2C distribution strategy and we’re seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to bring this to life. This role is focused on identifying, pitching, and securing partnerships and co-branding opportunities. What You'll Do

  • Partner Channel Strategy: Build and manage relationships with employee benefits platforms, professional membership organizations, corporate perks programs and small businesses to integrate point.me as a valued benefit. Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition for each partner type and create compelling positioning to accelerate partnership growth.
  • Partner Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage potential partners across key sectors, sharing point.me's offering to enhance their value propositions to customers or members. Identify opportunities for co-branding and co-marketing to enhance visibility and joint success.
  • Revenue Contribution: Drive member activation and engagement through strategic partnerships that deliver clear value to both partners and end-users. Develop scalable strategies to maximize partner impact on subscription goals and contribute to revenue growth, without engaging in "pay-to-play".
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the enterprise team to ensure alignment with broader company goals. Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to deliver exceptional partner and member experiences.

Who You Are

  • Partnerships Builder: Proven experience building and scaling B2B2C partnerships through benefits platforms, corporate perks programs, and membership organizations. You have a track record of successfully launching and growing distribution partnerships that drive value for all parties involved.
  • Strategic Storyteller: You excel at crafting and communicating compelling narratives that resonate with businesses and their members / employees. You can translate value propositions into clear, actionable partnership opportunities. You are able to execute on the tactical, but see the larger vision of how partnerships can drive growth. You have experience professionally presenting to and engaging senior stakeholders, with the ability to communicate with clarity and credibility across different audiences.
  • Consumer Champion: You have a track record of driving member activation and engagement through partnerships. You understand the nuances of distributing consumer products through business channels and how to optimize the member experience.
  • Data-Driven Executor: You are both strategic and tactical, able to build the vision while managing details. You have experience setting partnership KPIs and using data to optimize partner programs.
  • Collaborative: You are highly collaborative team member who can work effectively across functions to achieve goals. You bring a consultative approach to partnerships and thrive in building long-term relationships.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000-$155,000. Specific compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.

Given the nature of our business, we anticipate that all team members will be traveling from time to time, including company trips and off-sites, or meeting with strategic partners. As such, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a condition of employment at point.me. We’ll ask you to send us a copy of your vaccination card in advance of your first day.
