About the position
We are looking for an business-driven and people-centered HR Business Partner to join our global HR team and partner closely with our R&D organization.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders and C-level executives, influence key organizational decisions, shape culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive business growth through people.
As part of our evolution toward an AI-powered HR function, you'll also play a key role in reimagining how HR works, spotting opportunities to automate and elevate, leveraging AI and automation, and helping build smarter, more scalable ways of supporting our people and our business.
This is an individual contributor role that combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, because here, strategy and delivery go hand in hand.

Responsibilities
- Partner with C-level executives and senior leaders on people strategy and organizational decisions.
- Act as the trusted HR partner for our global R&D organization.
- Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and structural changes.
- Foster psychological safety and a culture of belonging within the R&D organization.
- Shape organizational culture and strengthen leadership capabilities across the business.
- Build and implement HR policies, programs, and processes that scale with the organization.
- Drive key HR cycles, including performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Identify talent gaps and support leadership development initiatives.
- Lead and support change management efforts across the organization.
- Leverage data, analytics, AI tools, and automation to generate insights, improve decision-making, and measure HR impact.
- Identify opportunities to transform manual HR processes into scalable, AI-driven workflows and solutions.
- Contribute to building and scaling the HR function as an active member of the global HR team
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of HR experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in mid-size or large global hi-tech companies.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executives in a global environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into impactful people solutions.
- Experience leading organizational change and implementing scalable HR processes.
- An AI-first mindset, not just as a tool, but as a way of thinking. Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and agentic workflows to reimagine HR processes, eliminate manual work, and create solutions that are smarter, faster, and more human.
- High emotional intelligence, genuine curiosity, and a growth mindset.
- Experience using data and analytics to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English- written, verbal, and executive-level.
