About the position
We are looking for a motivated and analytical recent graduate to join our Finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of finance activities and play a key role in supporting our fast-growing company. You will be exposed to financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, business partnering, and process improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their career in FP&A and financial analysis, while helping build processes, controls, and reports that support the company's growth and success
Responsibilities
- Support the construction and maintenance of company budgets, rolling forecasts, and on-going tracking of actual vs. budget analysis (Variance Analysis).
- Assist in building and updating financial and economic models to support forecasts, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc business requests.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple organizational systems (ERP, CRM, BI) to identify business trends and activity.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct data-driven research and financial decision-making analysis (e.g., pricing, cost structures, and ROI on new initiatives) to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different departments to collect financial data, streamline data workflows, and support cross-company processes.
- Leverage modern tools and innovative technologies (including AI platforms) to automate recurring reports and drive efficiency within the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA studies/certification – an advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, economics, or relevant internships/student positions.
- Strong Excel skills and a passion for working with data and financial models – Must.
- Strong technological aptitude with an eagerness to learn and work with business systems such as ERP, BI, and CRM platforms – Must.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GenAI, LLMs), whether through academic, personal, or practical experience – Advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to create clear and compelling presentations and data visualizations.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
