About the position

We're seeking a Security Specialist to join our growing team.

This role reports to the company’s Global CISO.

The optimal candidate will be able to act proactively and independently, liaising with relevant stakeholders.

The candidate will assume responsibility for the company’s incident response and vulnerability management arrays, perform risk assessments, harden services, improve upon existing processes and create new protocols while harnessing AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Personetics Incident Response and Vulnerability Management arrays, conduct security research and reviews across our different clouds and infrastructure.
  • Security Architecture and hardening.
  • Owning current security tools and initiative new projects and tools to cover all areas of information security and privacy.
  • Create automations and integrations to improve the security department.
  • Act as the CISO’s deputy.
  • Own GRC efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a security/network security specialist, liaising with all relevant security stakeholders (R&D, Engineering, DevOps, Product, HR, Finance)
  • Hands-on experience securing multi-cloud environments, including architecture review, hardening, identity and access controls, logging, and continuous monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of network security architecture, including segmentation, secure remote access, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Ability to assess network exposure, identify weaknesses and misconfigurations, and drive remediation
  • Experience owning and managing security tools, including implementation of new security technologies
  • Strong automation mindset, with the ability to build integrations and workflows that improve security operations, monitoring, and response efficiency
  • Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives, act as a deputy to the CISO, and drive projects from design through execution
  • Strong security mindset
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Relevant certifications

  • Background in regulated industries
