About the position

As a Delivery UI/UX Designers TL at Personetics, you will lead a team of offshore professionals specializing in UI configuration, theming, and customization of our white-label components. Working within our established design system, your team will tailor the user experience to meet the visual identity and UX requirements of each bank.

You and your team will collaborate directly with client-side UX teams, internal Delivery developers, and Personetics Product & UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.

You will manage and oversee the workplan of your team, report on it regularly to your managers and to the Project Managers responsible for the different delivery projects to align project timelines and ensure customers awareness and update, support your team professionally and with internal company interfaces, develop the team members abilities and manage performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of UI/UX designers
  •  Provide clear design direction, feedback, and guidance
  • Own team planning, task allocation, and prioritization across multiple banks and projects
  • Manage workloads to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments
  •  Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and address them early
  • Work directly with banks’ UI teams to understand design requirements, constraints, and branding.
  • Adapt and configure existing white-label UI components to match each bank’s branding, style guidelines, and UX patterns.
  • Create customer-specific UI kits, component variations, and layouts within Figma, ensuring that design decisions follow UX best practices.
  • Produce high-quality UI deliverables including flows, screens, prototypes, and final specs for implementation.
  • Ensure consistency within the Personetics design system while meeting client customization needs.
  • Deliver detailed handoff documentation and annotations and collaborate with Personetics Delivery developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in web and mobile environments.
  • 1+ years proven experience leading UI/UX designers.
  • Comfortable being both a people leader and an individual contributor
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple parallel customer requests
  • Strong experience working in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping).
  • Proven ability to adapt and refine existing UI systems rather than designing from scratch.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, enabling better communication with developers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience delivering design solutions for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for visual quality.
