About the position
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations to lead our global compensation, benefits, HR operations, and HRIS strategy.
This is a key leadership role within the HR function, responsible for building scalable, data-driven, and business-aligned reward programs while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
The role includes direct management of two global team members and ownership of all HR systems and operational processes.
Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy
- Design and lead the global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage annual compensation review cycles including merit, promotions, bonuses, and equity programs
- Build and maintain competitive benchmarking practices across regions
- Partner with Finance and leadership on workforce planning and budget alignment
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global governance standards
Benefits and Global Mobility
- Oversee global benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Continuously evaluate benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness
- Support mobility and cross-border employment frameworks where relevant
HR Operations
- Own and optimize end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and high service standards
- Lead payroll coordination globally in partnership with Finance and external vendors
- Establish clear SLAs, documentation, and process governance
HRIS and Data
- Own the HRIS strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization
- Leverage data and analytics to support decision making and business insights
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system scalability
- Drive automation and digital transformation within HR
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop two global team members
- Build a strong, service-oriented, and business-focused operations team
- Set clear priorities, goals, and performance standards
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Operations, preferably in a global high-tech environment
- Proven experience leading compensation cycles and building reward frameworks
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and digital HR tools
- Experience managing payroll and global benefits programs
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small global teams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- High attention to detail with the ability to see the broader strategic picture
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
